• Effective weight shifting
• Back leg drive
• Stride speed
• Stride length
• Hip to shoulder separation
• External rotation
• Effective follow through

You could have an awesome stride speed and length, but if your weight shifting is off you can forget about that consistent 97 mph fast ball!
