Pitching, hitting, fielding, and then there’s the mental game and strategy that goes with it.

For now, we are going to talk about the 5 hitting mistakes you are making and how to fix them.

You probably know by now that I like to surprise people, good surprises that is. So this instance won’t be any different!

Here are the Top 8 hitting mistakes you are making right now that’s stopping any chances you have to get picked up by a College or Minor Team.

• Overstriding
• Rolling wrists over
• Loss of balance
• Collapsing back side
• Lunging
• Arm swinging
• Hitch in your swing
• Pulling off ball with front shoulder

There are a few more, but these are the hitting mistakes and bad habits we see young ball players make most frequently when they first come to All-Star Warehouse.

Most of them are easy to fix, some of them take a little hard work, and the ones that give you the most trouble are also the ones that will increase your average significantly!
