Coach Barrios is the Head Baseball Coach at Dr. Michael Krop High School. From 2009-2011, he served as Head Baseball Coach at Sheridan Hills Christian School where he led the Sharks to two consecutive Regional appearances. From 2012-2016, Barrios served as Head Baseball Coach at Miami Country Day School in Miami Shores. He led the Spartans to three district playoff appearances and won the 2012 South Florida Baseball Conference.
Coach Barrios started his coaching career at Miami-Dade Community College for his former high school baseball coach, Rob Hertler. A native South Floridian, Coach Barrios attended and played High School Baseball at Carol City Senior High from 1973-1976. Afterwards, he attended Broward Community College from 1978-1979 as a middle infielder. He later attended and played at Florida International University(FIU) from 1980-1981 on a baseball scholarship.
Barrios has served at the FACA High School All-Star Game as a Head Coach for the South team in 2012 and as an Assistant Coach in 2014 & 2015. Paul is married to his lovely wife Vivian.
Pitching/Throwing & Fitness Instructor
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Anthony attended Chaminade-Madonna High school in Hollywood, Florida where he pitched for three years of varsity baseball. After playing high school baseball, he was awarded a scholarship to attend the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. In his second year at the University of Miami, Anthony was a part of the school’s first men ACC Championship team. In that same year, the Hurricanes advanced to the College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska. After three years at UM, Anthony transferred to Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida where he finished his collegiate career and graduated. After a short year off, he signed a professional contract to play for the Las Vegas Train Robbers of Las Vegas, New Mexico of the PECOS Independent Baseball League.
Since hanging his cleats up for a coach’s hat, Anthony began coaching in 2012 in Miami-Dade County. Currently, he is the Head Baseball Coach at the City of Hialeah Educational Academy in Hialeah, Florida. Nalepa serves at the All-Star Warehouse as the pitching coordinator, along with throwing development, and training. His goal as an instructor is to have every player prepared for their next challenge in the game of baseball.

Hitting Instructor & Recruiting Coordinator
Born in Miami, Florida, Randy attended Carol City Senior High where he was a four year varsity lettermen for the Chiefs. Afterwards, he enrolled into Florida Memorial University and pitched for the Lions from 2006-07.
While transferring to Florida State University, Randy became a youth baseball advocate for the city of Tallahassee by taking on multiple roles (i.e. umpire, coach, league supervisor, tournament director, and ambassador).
In 2013, he became an Associate Head Baseball Coach for the Trinity Catholic middle school baseball team. Before the start of the 2014 high school season Randy returned to Miami to take the realm at his alma mater where he worked with young enthusiastic players who thrive to reach the next level. In 2016, Randy was elected as Assistant Coach for the South team in the FACA High School All-Star Baseball Tournament in Sebring, FL. Currently he is the Assistant Baseball Coach to Paul Barrios at Dr. Michael Krop High School.
Rodriguez’s philosophy, “to instill the fundamentals of our national pastime is to encourage our youth to become exemplary people.” Randy has been a member of Protect Our Nations Youth (PONY) baseball program since 2005 and is a current member of the Florida Athletic Coaches Association (FACA).
